It brings diagnostic hearing care, prescription hearing device technology, and hearing-related cognitive wellness screening into a single, coordinated plan of care — delivered by licensed audiologists and clinicians at our Bellaire, Texas clinic.

What BrainEar™ Includes
Diagnostic Hearing Evaluation
Comprehensive audiologic testing that identifies the type and degree of hearing loss and how it affects your communication, listening effort, and brain health. Testing is performed in a sound-controlled environment, and results are reviewed with you the same day in plain language. This evaluation is the entry point to BrainEar™ and guides every recommendation that follows. Includes: pure-tone audiometry, speech recognition testing, speech-in-noise testing, tympanometry and acoustic reflexes, otoacoustic emissions.
Cognitive Wellness Screening
A hearing-related cognitive screening protocol that measures listening-related attention, auditory memory, and cognitive efficiency within the context of hearing care. Screening helps identify the factors that influence speech understanding and real-world communication performance, and indicates when a comprehensive cognitive assessment may be warranted.
Prescription Hearing Device Technology
Prescription hearing devices selected and programmed based on your diagnostic findings and cognitive wellness screening. Devices are fitted using precision, evidence-based protocols and verified with objective Real Ear Measurements — then adjusted over time as your hearing and listening needs change. Includes: structured device selection, precision programming, objective verification (Real Ear Measurements), and ongoing follow-up and adjustment.
Consultancy in Hearing Care
Individualized clinical guidance in the field of hearing care and hearing-related brain health. Your audiologist explains what your findings mean, outlines the options available to you, and coordinates next steps — including medical referral when indicated.
